Classroom activities are devised to use language and literature as a platform to develop awareness and build on the individual's personality while enhancing performance skills.
Students are encouraged to be spontaneous in order to build and foster their individuality while being respectful of others: to explore and accept other cultures and backgrounds; to be reflective of human experience, in order to be understanding and accepting of humanity in all its diversity.
The medium of creative drama, poetry, scripted plays, song, dance, improvisation, mime and movement ……. are used to encourage communication and exchange of ideas; in order to nurture individual and group skills, in terms of performance.We respect the individuality of each student and their view point not only in terms of the physicality of performance but also in the written word: their creative writing bears a mark of distinction that delights and inspires.
The work at the theatron reflects the school's dictum "Know thyself" through the exploration and development of the individual in a multi cultural environment.
